Production Technology
Recycled plastic is used for covers. First, plastic is collected, cleaned and ground. It is then melted and made into sheets for use in the vacuum forming process. The heated sheets are placed on the mold, shaped with the help of vacuum, and removed from the mold once cooled and hardened. Excess material is cleaned and passes through quality control.
Necessary finishing processes are applied to the manufactured covers; painting or mounting accessories can be added. Thanks to the vacuum forming method, mass production can be achieved at low cost and environmentally friendly production is ensured.
